Abstract
The implementation of the right to work safety and health is an obligation that must be fulfilled by the employer (entrepreneur), because in carrying out a job a worker will be faced with the risk of work accidents or the occurrence of disease transmission due to work. Identification of the problem in this study is how the implementation of occupational safety and health at PT. Amos Indah Indonesia based on Law Number 1 of 1970 concerning Work Safety Jo PP Number 5o of 2012 concerning the OHS Management System during the Covid-19 pandemic and how to implement K3 in realizing zero accidents in the work environment, especially at PT. Amos Indah Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. The theory used in this research is the Theory of Legal Protection. The method used in this research is the empirical juridical method. The data sources used were primary and secondary data sources which were analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of occupational safety and health applied by PT. Amos Indah Indonesia is considered not to have met the qualification standards based on Law Number 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety Jo PP Number 50 of 2012 concerning the OHS Management System during the Covid-19 Pandemic. As well as the implementation of K3 implemented by the company's management to achieve zero accidents in the workplace, it has also not been carried out in accordance with the applicable law, and special SOPs have not been made as long as workers carry out the production process in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study resulted in the conclusion that the protection in the implementation of occupational safety and health for workers at PT. Amos Indah Indonesia is still far from feasible, so there needs to be an improvement in order to achieve the objectives of implementing occupational safety and health.

| Additional Information: | Pelaksanaan hak keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja merupakan suatu kewajiban yang harus dipenuhi oleh pemberi kerja (pengusaha), karena dalam melakukan suatu pekerjaan seorang pekerja akan dihadapkan dengan resiko kecelakaan kerja ataupun terjadinya penularan penyakit akibat bekerja. Identifikasi masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di PT. Amos Indah Indonesia berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1970 Tentang Keseamatan Kerja Jo PP Nomor 5o Tahun 2012 Tentang Sistem Manajemen K3 di masa pandemi Covid-19 dan bagaimana pelaksanaan K3 dalam mewujudkan zero accident di lingkungan kerja khususnya di PT. Amos Indah Indonesia dalam masa pandemi Covid-19. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Perlindungan Hukum. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode yuridis empiris. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder yang dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan yaitu bahwa pelaksanaan Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang diterapkan oleh PT. Amos Indah Indonesia dianggap belum memenuhi standar kualifikasi berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1970 Tentang Keselamatan Kerja Jo PP Nomor 50 Tahun 2012 Tentang Sistem Manajemen K3 selama terjadinya Pandemi Covid-19. Serta pelaksanaan K3 yang diterapkan Manajemen perusahaan guna mewujudkan zero accident di tempat kerja juga belum berjalan sesuai dengan Undang-Undang yang berlaku, belum dibuatkannya SOP khusus selama pekerja melakukan proses produksi di tengah pandemi Covid�19 ini. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa perlindungan dalam pelaksanaan Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap pekerja di PT. Amos Indah Indonesia masih jauh dari kata layak, sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan guna tercapainya tujuan dari pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta terwujudnya zero accident. | |||||||||
