Abstract

A constructin project must have a target time of work that must be completedquickly and precisely. However, in reality there are still things that hinder the work of the project. One of the causes of delays in projects is work accidents that occur to construction workers due to not implementing OHS and risk management. This study aims to determine whether the OHS system has been implemented in construction projects, to determine the relationship between the application of the OHS system and the application of risk management in construction projects, and to determine the dominant factors that influence the implementation of the OHS system and the application of risk management in construction projects. The research was conducted on the Cipunten Agung Hilir River Flood Management project, Labuan District. The method used is by distributing questionnaires which will then be filled ot by respondents who are involved in the project in the OHS section. Data analysis using SPSS v.20 software o test multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the OHS system had been applied to the project by 64,8%, the results of the F-test simultaneously obtained he value of Fcount >Ftable (4,325 > 4,210) so that there was a relationship between the application of the OHS system and the application of risk management. Result of analysi : Y = 66,602 + 5,118 X1 – 0,699 X2 – 6,995 X4 + 3,543 X7 + 0,702 X9 – 1,629 X12 + 6,053 X13 – 6,092 X18. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the most dominant variable affecting the implementation of the application of risk management in construction projects is that signs/signs/imformation about the project have been installed around the project site with a value of 6,053 and the variable that has the least effect on the application of the OHS system and management application. The risk in construction projects is that a safety fence has been installed in an open space within the project to prevent the fall of workers with a coefficient value of 0,699.

Additional Information: Suatu proyek konstruksi pasti memiliki target waktu pengerjaan yang harus diselesaikan dengan cepat dan tepat. Namun, pada kenyataannya masih saja ada hal yang menghambat pengerjaan proyek tersebut. Salah satu penyebab terjadinya keterlambatan dalam proyek ialah adanya kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi pada pekerja konstruksi akibat tidak diterapkannya K3 dan Manajemen Risiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah telah diterapkan sistem K3 pada proyek konstruksi, untuk mengetahui hubungan penerapan sistem K3 dan penerapan manajemen risiko di proyek konstruksi, serta untuk mengetahui faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi penerapan sistem K3 dan penerapan manajemen risiko pada proyek konstruksi. Penelitian dilakukan pada proyek Penanganan Banjir Sungai Cipunten Agung Hilir Kecamatan Labuan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang selanjutnya akan diisi oleh responden yang terlibat dalam proyek tersebut dibagian K3. Analisa data menggunakan software SPSS v.20 untuk melakukan pengujian analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem K3 telah diterapkan pada proyek sebesar 64,8 %, hasil uji–F secara simultan diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (4,325 > 4,210) sehingga adanya hubungan antara penerapan sistem K3 dengan penerapan manajemen risiko. Hasil analisa: Y = 66,602 + 5,118 X1 – 0,699 X2 – 6,995 X4 + 3,543 X7 + 0,702 X9 – 1,629 X12 + 6,053 X13 – 6,092 X18. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap penerapan sistem K3 dan penerapan manajemen risiko pada proyek konstruksi yaitu telah dipasang rambu/tanda/informasi mengenai proyek di sekitar lokasi proyek dengan nilai 6,053 dan variabel yang paling rendah pengaruhnya terhadap penerapan sistem K3 dan penerapan manajemen risiko pada proyek konstruksi yaitu telah terpasang pagar pengaman pada ruang terbuka didalam proyek untuk mencegah terjatuhnya pekerja dengan niai koefisien 0,699.
