The method used in this research is quantitative and causality. The sampling technique used the non-probability sampling method with a saturated sampling type of 90 respondents. In data analysis techniques, using a model test with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool which consists of an outer model and an inner model. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Job rotation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. t-count > t-table (2.616 > 1.96) and a significance level <0.05 (0.009 <0.05). 2) Preventive Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with the results of t-count > t-table (2.210 > 1.96) and a significance level < 0.05 (0.028 < 0.05). 3) The Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of t-count > t-table (2.687 > 1.96) and a significance level <0.05 (0.007 <0.05).
