Abstract

ABSTRACT Andi Santoso, 2221180104, 2022 "Relationship of Tutor's Role with Learning Motivation of Residents Learning Equality Package C at SKB Serang Regency (Correlational Study of Tarbiyatul Athfal Islamic Boarding School, Cikeusal District, Serang Regency)". Advisor I Prof. Dr. HM Syadeli Hanafi, M.Pd., Advisor II Dr. H. Nandang Faturohman, M.Pd. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the role of tutors on the learning motivation of learning residents in equivalence package C at SKB Serang Regency. The method used is quantitative with descriptive research. Data collection techniques were carried out by observing, filling out questionnaires or questionnaires and studying documentation. The data analysis method was carried out using an instrument test using the validity and reliability formula on the product moment correlation technique using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between the tutor's role and learning motivation. The results of the analysis show that the correlation of the independent variable (X) with the dependent variable (Y) is 0.375. these results mean that the hypothesis can be strengthened with the value of t count is 0.375 > 0.312 then H0 is rejected, means Ha is accepted, that is, there is a positive relationship between the tutor’s role (X) and learning motivation (Y). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara peran tutor terhadap motivasi belajar warga belajar di kesetaraan paket C di SKB Kabupaten Serang.Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan penelitian deskriptif.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi, pengisian kuesioner atau angket serta studi dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang dilakukan uji instrumen dengan menggunakan rumus validitas dan reliabilitas pada teknik Korelasi product moment menggunakan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara peran tutor dengan motivasi belajar secara positif dan signifikan. Hasil analisis menunjukan korelasi variabel bebas (X) dengan variabel terikat (Y) adalah 0,375. hasil tersebut memiliki arti bahwa hipotesis dapat dikuatkan dengan nilai t hitung adalah 0,375 > 0,312 maka H0 ditolak, berarti Ha diterima, yaitu terdapat hubungan positif antara peran tutor (X) dengan motivasi belajar (Y). Kata Kunci: Peran Tutor, Motivasi Belajar, Kesetaraan Paket C
