Abstract
This study aims to determine (1) whether there is a relationship between learning motivation and participant participation in participating in various types of training at PPKD East Jakarta (2) whether there is a relationship between learning culture and participant participation in participating in various types of training at PPKD East Jakarta (3) whether there is a relationship between motivation and learning culture and participant participation in participating in various types of training at PPKD East Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative. With a sample of 70 responden from the total number of trainees as many as 280 participants with 14 types of training organized by the PPKD East Jakarta. With the result of calculating (1) the significance value (0,004 < 0,05) and the pearson correlation value of 0,337 (2) the significance value (0,000 < 0,05) and the pearson correlation value of 0,498 (3) the significance value of F. Change (0,000 < 0,05) and the R value of 0,498, then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. So in conclusion (1) there is a positive and significant relationship of learning motivation with paticipant participation in participating in various types of training at PPKD East Jakarta (2) there is a positive and significant relationship of learning culture with participant participation in participating in various types of training at PPKD East Jakarta (3) there is a positive and significant relationship of motivation and learning culture together with the participation of participants in participating in various types of training at PPKD East Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Dengan sampel 70 responden dari keseluruhan jumlah peserta pelatihan sebanyak 280 peserta dengan 14 jenis pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh pihak PPKD Jakarta Timur. Dengan hasil perhitungan (1) nilai signifikansi (0,004 < 0,05) dan nilai pearson correlation 0,337 (2) nilai signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05) dan nilai pearson correlation 0,498 (3) nilai signifikansi F. Change (0,000 < 0,05) dan nilai R 0,498, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi kesimpulannya (1) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar dengan partisipasi peserta dalam mengikuti berbagai jenis pelatihan di PPKD Jakarta Timur (2) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan budaya belajar dengan partisipasi peserta dalam mengikuti berbagai jenis pelatihan di PPKD Jakarta Timur (3) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan motivasi dan budaya belajar secara bersama-sama dengan partisipasi peserta dalam mengikuti berbagai jenis pelatihan di PPKD Jakarta Timur.
