Abstract

ABSTRACT Ecoliteracy was an understanding of ecology in the environmental care attitude of education. This study aims to develop a learning media hydroponic video based on eco-literacy using the zero waste concept to support an environmental care attitude and to determine the feasibility of the media through expert tests and user response tests. This study was conducted from October 2021-November 2022. The method used in this research was Research and Development (R&D) consists of 7 (seven) stages. Those were potential problems, data collection, product design, validation, revision, and product trials. The potential and problem stages are carried out by conducting needs analysis and curriculum analysis. The data collection stage was obtained by conducting a literature study. The product design stage is done by making a product design. The validation stage is a product feasibility assessment questionnaire by experts regarding material and media. The testing product to students to find out user responses. The results of the product assessment by material experts obtained an average value of 90% with a very feasible category and media experts obtained 79% with a feasible category. The results of the user response test obtained an average value of 77% with a feasible category. Based on the results of expert tests and user response tests, it showed that the hydroponic learning video based on eco-literacy obtained a viable about to be used as a learning media support. Additional Information: ABSTRAK Ecoliteracy adalah pemahaman ekologi dalam pendidikan sikap peduli lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran dalam bentuk video hidroponik berbasis ecoliteracy menggunakan konsep zero waste untuk menumbuhkan sikap peduli lingkungan serta untuk mengetahui kelayakan media tersebut melalui uji ahli dan uji respon pengguna. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Oktober 2021-November 2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Research and Development (R&D) terdiri dari 7(tujuh) tahapan yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi, revisi, uji coba produk, dan revisi produk. Pengumpulan data pada tahap potensi dan masalah dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan dan analisis kurikulum. Tahap pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan melakukan study literature. Tahap desain produk dilakukan dengan membuat rancangan. Tahap validasi diperoleh dengan angket penilaian kelayakan oleh para ahli dari segi materi dan segi media. Tahap uji coba produk kepada siswa untuk mengetahui respon pengguna. Hasil penilaian produk oleh ahli materi memperoleh nilai rata-rata 90% kategori sangat layak dan ahli media memperoleh 79% kategori layak. Hasil uji respon pengguna memperoleh nilai rata-rata 77% dengan kategori layak. Berdasarkan hasil uji ahli dan uji respon pengguna menunjukkan bahwa video pembelajaran hidroponik berbasis ecoliteracy memperoleh kategori layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.
