Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the implementation of CIPP evaluation on computer training programs at LKP BMC in terms of context dimensions input. (2) Knowing the implementation of the CIPP evaluation on the computer training program at LKP BMC in terms of process dimensions product. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Sources of data used are secondary data obtained from interviews with 15 informants, as well as primary data through institutional data and documentation. Data collection techniques in this study used 2 (two) techniques, namely interviews and observations. The data analysis technique uses 3 (three) methods, namely data reduction, data display, verification and confirmation of conclusions. The results of the program evaluation research on the implementation of the computer training program show that (1) Based on the context evaluation training computer at LKP BMC is still not good, because there are still problems, namely the lack of precise determination of students in participating in computer. (2) Based on the input evaluation training computer at LKP BMC is still not good, because there are still quite a lot of problems encountered in the aspect of infrastructure, and aspects of the availability of funding. (3) Based on the assessment of the process evaluation , it is said to be quite good. Because at the stage of implementing the training program at LKP BMC, it is categorized as good. Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui implementasi evaluasi CIPP pada program pelatihan komputer di LKP BMC ditinjau dari dimensi context dan dimensi input. (2) Mengetahui implementasi evaluasi CIPP pada program pelatihan komputer di LKP BMC ditinjau dari dimensi process dan dimensi product. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara bersama 15 informan, serta data primer melalui data lembaga dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 2 (dua) teknik yakni wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan 3 (tiga) cara yaitu reduksi data, displai data, verifikasi dan penegasan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian evaluasi program pada pelaksanaan program pelatihan komputer menunjukan bahwa (1) Berdasarkan dimensi context evaluation pelaksanaan pelatihan computer di LKP BMC masih kurang baik, karena masih ditemukan permasalahan yaitu kurang tepatnya penentuan peserta didik dalam mengikuti program pelatihan computer. (2) Berdasarkan dimensi input evaluation pelaksanaan pelatihan computer di LKP BMC masih kurang baik, karena masih cukup banyak permasalahan yang ditemui dalam aspek sarana prasarana, dan aspek ketersediaan pendanaan. (3) Berdasarkan penilaian dimensi process evaluation dikatakan sudah cukup baik. Karena pada tahap pelaksanaan program pelatihan di LKP BMC dikategorikan sudah baik. (4) Berdasarkan penilaian penelitian product evaluation LKP BMC dapat dinilai baik.
