Abstract
ABSTRACT Fitri Kumalasari (2221180074) "The Effectiveness of the Implementation of Graphic Design Training in Improving the Skills of Training Participants at UPT BLK Tangerang City". Supervisor I Ila Rosmilawati, S.Pd., M.Si.,Ph.D. Advisor II Dr. H. Mochamad Naim, M.Si. This study aims to determine (1) the implementation of the graphic design training program at the UPT BLK Tangerang City (2) the effectiveness of the implementation of the graphic design training program at the UPT BLK Tangerang City (3) the description of the mastery of the skills of the trainees at the UPT. Tangerang City BLK. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources are data sources obtained from interviews with two managers of UPT BLK Tangerang City, two training instructors and six training participants. The data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. There are three data analysis techniques used, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research that have been carried out show that (1) the implementation of graphic design training has gone well according to program implementation standards (2) the overall program effectiveness has been quite effective as seen from the indicators of the effectiveness of the Kirkpatric (2006) program, namely reactions, learning, behavior change and results. . However, there are several aspects that are not appropriate, namely the reaction of participants to the training material that has not met the needs and the distribution of work that has not been implemented. (3) The description of the results of the participants' mastery of graphic design skills is quite good with an increase in graphic design skills, namely typography and visual communication. Mochamad Naim, M.Si Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pelaksanaan program pelatihan desain grafis di UPT BLK Kota Tangerang (2) efektivitas pelaksanaan program pelatihan desain grafis di UPT BLK Kota Tangerang (3) gambaran penguasaan keterampilan peserta pelatihan di UPT BLK Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Sumber data primer merupkan sumber data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan dua pengeola UPT BLK Kota Tangerang , dua Instruktur pelatihan dan enam peserta pelatihan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ada tiga, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelaksanaan pelatihan desain grafis sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai standar pelaksanaan program (2) efektivitas program secara keseluruhan sudah cukup efektif dilihat dari indikator efektivitas program Kirkpatric (2006) yaitu reaksi, pembelajaran, perubahan perilaku dan hasil. Namun ada beberapa aspek yang belum sesuai yaitu pada reaksi peserta terhadap materi pelatihan yang belum memenuhi kebutuhan dan penyaluran kerja yang belum terlaksana. (3) Gambaran hasil penguasaan keterampilan desain grafis peserta sudah cukup baik dengan adanya peningkatan keterampilan desain grafis yaitu tipografi dan komunikasi visual.
