Abstract
Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) is a new type of virus that attacks the human respiratory system which has a mild impact that can cause death for the sufferer. The Tangerang City Government in response to Presidential Decree No. 12 of 2020 regarding the determination of non-natural disasters for the spread of the COVID-19 virus delegated through Tangerang Mayor Regulation No. 55 of 2021 concerning technical instructions for providing assistance to families who are in isolation due to exposure to the 2019 corona virus disease in helping accelerate the handling of covid-19 and provide health protection..As for the identification of the problem. How is the legal protection for the people of Tangerang City who are isolating due to exposure to the corona virus disease-19 based on Tangerang Mayor Regulation Number 55 of 2021 Then How is the implementation of providing assistance to families who carry out isolation due to exposure to the corona virus disease-19 based on Tangerang Mayor Regulation Number 55 of 2021 The theory used is the Theory of Legal Protection and Theory of Welfare. The research method is empirical juridical. The research specification is descriptive analysis. The data source is primary data which is supported by secondary data. Data collection techniques are interviews and documents related to research. Data were obtained and analyzed descriptively with a qualitative approach method. The results of the research on the legal protection provided by the Tangerang city government to Tangerang city residents who were exposed to covid-19 through Articles 3 and 4 of the Tangerang mayor's Regulation Number 55 of 2021. The conclusion is that the Tangerang city government provides health protection rights for Tangerang city residents through the delegation's authority. by establishing a mayoral regulation number 55 of 2021 as a technical guide for the provision of assistance. Suggestions in providing assistance are also more structured supervision and coordination in the implementation in a more structured manner can facilitate the delivery of assistance.

Pemerintah Kota Tangerang dalam menanggapi Keputusan Presiden No 12 tahun 2020 tentang penetapan bencana non-alam penyebaran virus covid-19 melakukan delegasi melalui Peraturan walikota Tangerang Nomor 55 Tahun 2021 Tentang petunjuk teknis pemberian bantuan terhadap keluarga yang melaksanakan isolasi akibat terpapar Corona Virus Disease 2019 dalam membantu percepatan penanganan covid-19 dan memberikan perlindungan kesehatan. Adapun Identifikasi masalahnya Bagaimana Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Masyarakat Kota Tangerang yang melakukan isolasi akibat terpapar corana virus disease-19 berdasarkan Peraturan Walikota Tangerang Nomor 55 Tahun 2021 Lalu Kemudian Bagaimana implementasi dari pemberian bantuan terhadap keluarga yang melaksanakan isolasi akibat terpapar corona virus disease-19 berdasarkan Peraturan Walikota Tangerang Nomor 55 Tahun 2021 Teori yang digunakan yaitu Teori Perlindungan Hukum dan Teori Kesejahteraan. Metode penelitian yaitu yuridis empiris. Spesifikasi penelitian yaitu deskriptif analisis. Sumber data yaitu data primer yang ditunjang oleh data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara dan dokumen yang terkait dengan penelitian. Data diperoleh dan analisis secara deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian mengenai Perlindungan Hukum yang diberikan pemerintah kota Tangerang terhadap warga kota Tangerang yang terpapar covid-19 melalui Pasal 3 dan 4 Peraturan walikota Tangerang Nomor 55 Tahun 2021. Kesimpulannya adalah Pemerintah kota Tangerang memberikan hak perlindungan kesehatan bagi warga kota Tangerang melalui kewenangan delegasi yang dimiliki dengan membentuk peraturan walikota nomor 55 Tahun 2021 sebagai petunjuk teknis pemberian bantuan .Saran dalam pemberian bantuan ini juga ada pengawasan yang lebih terstruktur dan juga koordinasi dalam pelaksanaan secara lebih terstruktur dapat mempermudah berlangsungnya pemberian bantuan. | |||||||||
