Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of accompanying teachers on the learning process in Kindergartens, Purwakarta District, Cilegon-Banten. This study uses a quantitative approach using the ex post facto method. There are two variables, namely the assistant teacher variable (X) and the learning process variable (Y). The sample in this study was carried out using the Total Sampling technique with a total sample of 34 accompanying teachers. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with data processing techniques using the Guttman scale. The influence of accompanying teachers on the learning process has a significant influence, not a few formal institutions, namely kindergartens, require accompanying teachers to help class teachers in the learning process takes place. Based on the results of research on the influence of accompanying teachers on the learning process in Kindergartens, Purwakarta District, Cilegon- Banten, which was carried out after the data was collected, it was found that there was an influence of accompanying teachers in the learning process. This can be seen through the calculation of a simple linear regression value that is equal to 0.01 <0.005 so that it can be interpreted that the influence of the two variables is significant.

Additional Information: ABSTRAK Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh guru pendamping terhadap proses pembelajaran di Taman Kanak-kanak Kecamatan Purwakarta, Cilegon-Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode ex post facto. Terdapat dua variabel yaitu variabel guru pendamping (X) dan variabel proses pembelajaran (Y). Sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Total Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 34 guru pendamping. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dengan teknik pengolah data menggunakan skala Guttman. Pengaruh guru pendamping terhadap proses pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh yang siginifikan, tidak sedikit lembaga formal yaitu Taman Kanak-kanak yang memerlukan guru pendamping untuk membantu guru kelas proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang pengaruh guru pendamping terhadap proses pembelajaran di Taman Kanak-kanak Kecamatan Purwakarta, Cilegon-Banten yang dilakukan setelah data terkumpul, bahwa terdapat pengaruh guru pendamping dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal ini dapat dilihat melalui perhitungan nilai regresi linier sederhana yaitu sebesar 0,001 < 0,005 sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa pengaruh kedua variabel siginifikan.
