Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the Hidden Curriculum of multicultural education in Sociology Learning at SMA Negeri 1 Pabuaran both including inculcating multicultural values, the role of sociology teachers and schools in carrying out the process of approaching multicultural education at the school. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The technique of validating the research data is triangulation. Data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Sources of data in this study came from primary sources, namely students, and secondary sources, namely teachers and vice principal of students. Informants who have been determined by researchers using purposive techniques, all of which are still related to the research location. Based on the problem formulation, objectives, and research questions that have been made, the conclusions of the research that can be drawn are that the Hidden Curriculum in Multicultural education at SMA Negeri 1 Pabuaran shows a good sociology learning, one of which is to familiarize students with tolerance and have a sense of belonging. high solidarity based on a sense of shared responsibility and mutual respect and appreciation even though it is not listed and is not included in the school rules but has become a habit that has been understood by all students.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Hidden Curriculum pendidikan multikultural dalam Pembelajaran Sosiologi di SMA Negeri 1 Pabuaran baik meliputi penanaman nilai multikultural, peran guru sosiologi dan sekolah dalam melakukan proses pendekatan pendidikan multikultural di sekolah tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data peelitian ini adalah triangulasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari sumber primer yaitu peserta didik, dan sekunder yaitu guru dan wakasek kesiswaan. Informan yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti dengan menggunakan teknik purposive, yang semua informan tersebut masih ada keterkaitan dengan lokasi penelitian. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah, tujuan, dan pertanyaan penelitian yang telah dibuat, kesimpulan penelitian yang dapat diambil bahwa Hidden Curriculum (kurikulum tersembunyi) pada pendidikan Multikultural di SMA Negeri 1 Pabuaran menunjukan suatu pembelajaran sosiologi yang baik salah satunya adalah membiasakan siswa untuk bersikap toleransi dan mempunyai rasa kesetiakawanan yang tinggi yang didasarkan rasa tanggungjawab bersama dan saling menghormati dan menghargai meskipun hal tersebut tidak tertera dan tidak dimasukan dalam tata tertib yang ada di sekolah namun sudah menjadi kebiasaan yang telah dipahami oleh siswa semua | |||||||||
