Abstract

Early childhood development is a change that occurs gradually and within a certain time, the changes are physical, intellectual, to social emotional changes that occur as a whole. Early childhood development can develop optimally if properly stimulated. This study aims to determine the effect of teacher academic qualifications on the development of early childhood 5-6 years. This research uses quantitative method (Ex-post facto). This study used a saturated sample of all members of the population as a sample, with a total sample of 30 teachers. Based on the analysis using a simple linear regression test, it is known that the Linearty value of 0.04 <0.05 means that there is a significant effect. So it can be said that academic qualifications affect the development of early childhood 5-6 years.

Additional Information: Perkembangan anak usia dini merupakan perubahan yang terjadi secara bertahap dan dalam waktu tertentu, perubahan terebut berupa perubahan fisik, intelektual, hingga sosial emosi yang terjadi secara menyeluruh. Perkembangan anak usia dini dapat berkembang secara optimal jika distimulasi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualifikasi akademik guru terhadap perkembangan anak usia dini usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif (Ex-post Facto). Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel, banyaknya sampel yaitu sebanyak 30 guru. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunkan uji regresi linear sederhana diketahui nilai Linearty 0.04 < 0.05 maka adanya pengaruh yang signifikan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualifikasi akademik guru berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan anak usia dini usia 5-6 tahun.
