Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of work performance (X1), competence (X2), and discipline (X3) on employee performance (Y) at PT Ciomas Ariya Samudera Cilegon. In this research the method used is quantitative research. The population in this study were 114 employees with a sample of 98 respondents. The data collection method in this study was using a questionnaire and analyzing data using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the student version of Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) 3.3.2 software. The research results obtained are: First, work performance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The t-statistic value is 2.849 > 1.986 with a large influence of 0.247 and a P-Value of 0.005 < 0.05. Second, Competence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance on Employee Performance. The t-statistic value is 2.425 > 1.986 with a large influence of 0.277 and a P-Value of 0.016 < 0.05. Third, Discipline has a positive and significant effect and has the most dominant influence on Employee Performance. The t￾statistic value is 5.291 > 1.986 with a large influence of 0.475 and a P-Value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Kedua, Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Nilai t-statistik sebesar 2.425 > 1.986 dengan besar pengaruh sebesar 0.277 dan P- Value sebesar 0.016 < 0.05. Ketiga, Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dan memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Nilai t-statistik sebesar 5.291 > 1.986 dengan besar pengaruh sebesar 0.475 dan P￾Value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05.
