Abstract
ABSTRACT Wilyam Sentosa, NIM. 6670180138, Evaluation of the Jatinangor Program (Don't Leave the Fate of Children and Victims) in Sumedang Regency. Supervisor: Ika Arinia Indriyany, M.A. Government Science Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, 2022. This research is motivated by violence against children in Sumedang Regency, whose numbers have fluctuated and has also become a serious problem for the last 4 years and has received serious attention from the government of Sumedang Regency so that the JATINANGOR Program (Don't Leave the Fate of Children and Victims) emerged, in which this program trying to prevent and handle cases of violence that occurred in Sumedang Regency itself. This study tries to see how the evaluation of the implementation of the JATINANGOR program is in accordance with the indicators used as a reference by researchers. This study uses the policy evaluation theory from Bridgeman and Davis which has 4 indicators for evaluating the policy, namely input, process, output, and outcomes indicators. This research also uses qualitative methods and also a case study approach in its writing. The results of this research show that the implementation of the JATINANGOR program itself is still not running optimally and needs to be evaluated especially in the process of assisting the victims, as well as adding additional human resources to support the implementation of this program. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh Kekerasan pada anak di Kabupaten Sumedang yang angkanya fluktuatif dan juga menjadi permasalahan yang serius selama 4 tahun terakhir dan mendapatkan perhatian yang cukup serius dari pemerintahan Kabupaten Sumedang sehingga munculah Program JATINANGOR (Jangan Tinggalkan Nasib Anak dan Korban) yang dimana program ini mencoba untuk mencegah serta menangani kasus kekerasan yang terjadi di Kabupaten Sumedang sendiri. Penelitian ini mencoba melihat bagaimana evaluasi dari pelaksanaan dari program JATINANGOR sesuai dengan indikator yang dijadikan acuan oleh peneliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori evaluasi kebijakan dari Bridgeman dan Davis yang memiliki 4 indikator untuk evaluasi kebijakan tersebut yaitu indikator input, process, output, outcomes. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode kualitatif dan juga pendekatan studi kasus dalam penulisannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini Pelaksanaan Program JATINANGOR sendiri masih belum berjalan secara maksimal dan perlu dilakukan evaluasi terlebih lagi pada proses pendampingan para korbannya, dan juga penambahan dari Segi Sumber Daya Manusianya untuk menunjang pelaksanaan dari program ini.
