Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment, Work Facilities, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The research used is quantitative. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with interval scale measurements. In determining the number of samples using the Ghazali formula and the results obtained were 85 respondents. The data analysis method used is the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool which consists of the outer and inner model test instruments. From the results of the calculation of the data that has been processed using SmartPLS 3.0, it can be concluded that the original sample estimate value is 0.165 and the T-statistic value is 1.982 > 1.96, this means that the hypothesis is accepted. Partially, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Working facilities the original sample value is 0.147 and the T-statistic value is 2.034 > 1.96 and it can be proven that hypothesis 2 is accepted. Furthermore, the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This can be seen from the original sample value of 0.654 and the T-statistical value shows a number of 7.777 > 1.96 and it can be proven that hypothesis 3 is accepted. Dalam penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengukuran skala interval. Dalam menentukan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Ghazali dan didapatkan hasil 85 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0 yang tediri dari instrumen uji outer dan inner model. Dari hasil perhitungan data yang telah diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai original sample estimate sebesar 0.165 dan nilai T-statistik sebesar 1.982 >1.96 hal ini berarti hipotesis 1 diterima. Secara parsial disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Fasilitas kerja nilai original sample sebesar 0.147 dan nilai T-statistik sebesar 2.034 >1.96 dan dapat dibuktikan hipotesis 2 diterima. Selanjutnya lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dilihat dari nilai original sample 0.654 dan nilai T-statistik menunjukan angka sebesar 7.777 >1.96 dan dapat dibuktikan hipotesis 3 diterima.
