Abstract
Vina Meidiana Rachmat (2221180028) , 2021. “ Implementation of Evaluation Model Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) in Program Implementation Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kelurahan (PPMK) in Kelurahan Gunung Sahari Selatan Jakarta Pusat”. This study aims to determine (1) the implementation of the CIPP evaluation model in the UMKM thourgh PPMK program in Kelurahan Gunung Sahari Selatan (2) effectiveness of the PPMK program with the CIPP evaluation model (3) the level of community participation in participating in the program (UMKM) through PPMK in Kelurahan Gunung Sahari Selatan : implementation of the evaluation model on how to implement the Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kelurahan (PPMK) program in Kelurahan Gunung Sahari Selatan and to find out the results of the evaluation of Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kelurahan (PPMK) program in Kelurahan Gunung Sahari Selatan. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach that guides researchers to explore and photograph social situations that will be studied thoroughly, extensively, and in depth. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling with 3 people. (1) the effectiveness of the evaluation model on how to implement Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kelurahan (PPMK) in Kelurahan Gunung Sahari Selatan and to find out the extent of the program's success in evaluating the PPMK program with the CIPP evaluation model in Kelurahan Gunung Sahari Selatan.(2) the level of community participation in the implementation of the program the factors that influence community participation in the implementation of the PPMK program of Kelurahan Gunung Sahari Selatan. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the PPMK Program in the Kelurahan Gunung Sahari Selatan there are two factors, namely internal factors (age and distance of activity locations) and external (communication and environment). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) implementasi dari model evaluasi CIPP pada program PPMK (UMKM) di Kelurahan Gunung Sahari Selatan (2) efektivitas program PPMK dengan model evaluasi CIPP (3) tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengikuti program (UMKM) Melalui PPMK di Kelurahan Gunung Sahari Selatan dengan model evaluasi CIPP : implentasi dari model evaluasi bagaimana pelaksanaan Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kelurahan (PPMK) di Kelurahan Gunung Sahari Selatan dan untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kelurahan di Gunung Sahari Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang memandu peneliti untuk mengeksplorasi dan atau memotret situasi sosial yang akan diteliti secara menyeluruh, luas, dan mendalam. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan 3 orang (1) efektivitas dari model evaluasi bagaimana pelaksanaan Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kelurahan (PPMK) di Kelurahan Gunung Sahari Selatan dan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana keberhasilan program dalam evaluasi Program program PPMK dengan model evaluasi CIPP Kelurahan di Gunung Sahari Selatan. (2) tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan program faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan program UMKM dalam PPMK Kelurahan Gunung Sahari Selatan Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kelurahan Gunung Sahari Selatan terdapat dua faktor yaitu faktor internal (usia dan jarak lokasi kegiatan) dan faktor eksternal (komunikasi dan lingkungan).
