Abstract
Pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah suatu proses pengembangan kesempatan, kemauan, motivasi, dan kemampuan masyarakat untuk dapat akses terhadap sumber daya, sehingga meningkatkan kapasitasnya untuk menentukan masa depan sendiri dengan berpartisipasi dalam mempengaruhi dan mewujudkan kualitas kehidupan diri dan komunitasnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui proses, serta hasil pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui home industry opak ketan dalam peningkatan pendapatan keluarga di Desa Sukaratu Kecamatan Majasari Kabupaten Pandeglang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana data yang di peroleh berasal dari hasil observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga (3) orang pengurus koperasi okawa, dan tujuh (7) orang pelaku home industry opak ketan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) Proses pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui home industry opak ketan dalam peningkatan pendapatan keluarga bisa di katakan berhasil karena proses tersebut bisa di tinjau dari tiga tahapan, yaitu tahap penyadaran, tahap pengkapasitasan, dan tahap pemberian daya, (2) Hasil pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui home industry opak ketan juga bisa di katakan berhasil karena melalui home industry opak ketan masyarakat Desa Sukaratu mengalami peningkatan pendapatan pada setiap keluarga yang mengikuti kegiatan home industry opak ketan, peningkatan pendapatan yang di hasilkan cukup memuaskan.

| Additional Information: | Community empowerment is a process of developing the opportunity, willingness, motivation, and ability of the community to have access to resources, thereby increasing their capacity to determine their own future by participating in influencing and realizing the quality of life for themselves and their communities. The purpose of this study is to find out the process, as well as the results of community empowerment through the sticky rice opaque home industry in increasing family income in Sukaratu Village, Majasari District, Pandeglang Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, where the data obtained comes from the results of observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The data sources in this study consisted of three okawa cooperative administrators, and seven sticky rice opaque home industry players. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The process of community empowerment through the sticky rice opaque home industry in increasing family income can be said to be successful because the process can be viewed from three stages, namely the awareness stage, the capacity stage, and the power supply stage, (2) The results of community empowerment through the glutinous opaque home industry the Sukaratu Village community experienced an increase in income for each family who participates in the glutinous opaque home industry activities, the increase in income generated was quite satisfactory. | |||||||||
