Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job stress and transformational leadership on employee performance with job satisfaction as an Intervening Variabel. In this study Job Stress and Transformational Leadership as independent variables and Employee Performance as the dependent variable. Technique of collecting data using questionnaire with likert scale measurement. Determination of samples used Ferdinand formula and obtained a sample of 90 respondents by taking the sample using a simple random sampling technique. In this study using a type of causal research with the method in this study is a quantitative method. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis method, measurement model analysis method, structural model analysis method, and partial test (t test). The results of this study indicate that : (1) job stress has negative and significant effect on employee performance, (2) transformational leadership has positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) job stress has no effect on job satisfaction, (4) transformational leadership has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (5) job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Dalam penelitian ini Stress Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional sebagai variabel independen serta Kinerja Karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengukuran skala likert. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus dari Ferdinand dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 90 responden dengan pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kausal dengan metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis statistik deskriptif, metode analisis model pengukuran, metode analisis model struktural, dan uji parsial (uji t). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) stress kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) stress kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, (4) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
