Abstract

Alya Rahma Zatining Ngasti 5551170096, Jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, 2022. Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Indorama Petrochemicals Kota Cilegon, Dibawah bimbingan Eloh Bahiroh, SE.,MM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Indorama Petrochemicals Kota Cilegon. Dalam penelitian ini jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT. Indorama Petrochemicals Kota Cilegon. Dibawah bimbingan ibu Eloh Bahiroh, SE.,MM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja (X1), Kepemimpinan (X2), dan Disiplin Kerja (X3) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Indorama Petrochemicals Kota Cilegon Yang berjumlah 73 karyawan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 73 responden dengan menggunakan teknbik sampling jenuh atau sensus. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Structural Equation Modelling(SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (2) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (3) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. This research aims to find out the Effect of Motivation (X1), Leadership (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) on Employee Performance at PT. Indorama Petrochemicals Cilegon. The population and sample in this study amounted to 73 respondents using saturated sampling techniques or census. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using the SmarPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of this study show that (1) Effect of Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Leadership has a negative not significant effect on employee performance. (3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
