Abstract
This study aims to determine the concentration of Benzyl Amino Purine and liquid organic fertilizer on seedling growth from stem cuttings of Dendrobium jiad Gold x Dendrobium caesar Chiad. The research was carried out from October 2021 to January 2022 at the Greenhouse and Integrated Agricultural Systems Laboratory (SITANDU) Banten Province, Curug District, Serang City, Banten. This study used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of two factors. The first factor was the concentration of Benzyl Amino Purines consisting of B0 = 0 ml/l, B1 = 1 ml/l and B2 = 2 ml/l. The second factor was the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer consisting of P0 = 0 ml/l, P1 = 1 ml/l, P2 = 2 ml/l, P3 = 3 ml/l and P4 = 4 ml/l. From these two factors, 15 treatment combinations were obtained, with each treatment repeated 3 times so that the total number of 45 experimental units and each consisting of 2 samples or the number of samples was 90. The concentration of Benzyl Amino Purine 1 ml/l gave a highly significant different effect on the parameters of shoot height, number of leaves, number of roots and diameter of shoots. The concentration of 2 ml/l liquid organic fertilizer had a highly significant effect on the parameters of shoot height, number of leaves, number of shoots, number of roots and diameter of shoots. There is an interaction between the concentration of Benzyl Amino Purine and the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer on the growth of seedlings from Dendrobium stem cuttings in the parameters of the number of leaves and the number of roots. Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi Benzyl Amino Purine dan pupuk organik cair terhadap pertumbuhan bibit dari stek batang Dendrobium jiad Gold x Dendrobium caesar Chiad. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Oktober 2021 hingga Januari 2022 di Laboratorium Rumah Kaca dan Sistem Pertanian Terpadu (SITANDU) Provinsi Banten, Kecamatan Curug, Kota Serang, Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi Benzyl Amino Purines yang terdiri dari B0 = 0 ml/l, B1 = 1 ml/l dan B2 = 2 ml/l. Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi pupuk organik cair yang terdiri dari P0 = 0 ml/l, P1 = 1 ml/l, P2 = 2 ml/l, P3 = 3 ml/l dan P4 = 4 ml/l. Dari kedua faktor tersebut diperoleh 15 kombinasi perlakuan, dengan masing-masing perlakuan diulang 3 kali sehingga jumlah keseluruhan 45 unit percobaan dan masing-masing terdiri dari 2 sampel atau jumlah sampel 90. Konsentrasi Benzyl Amino Purine 1 ml/l memberikan pengaruh berbeda sangat nyata terhadap parameter tinggi pucuk, jumlah daun, jumlah akar dan diameter pucuk. Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair 2 ml/l berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap parameter tinggi pucuk, jumlah daun, jumlah pucuk, jumlah akar dan diameter pucuk. Terdapat interaksi antara konsentrasi Benzyl Amino Purine dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair terhadap pertumbuhan bibit stek batang Dendrobium pada parameter jumlah daun dan jumlah akar.
