Abstract
This study discusses speech switching patterns in the empetalk podcast dialogue with Xin. The aims of this study were (1) to describe the form of speech switching in the empetalk podcast dialogue, (2) to describe the closest pair of utterances in the empetalk podcast dialogue, (3) to imply speech switching to Indonesian language learning in junior high school. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques used in this study were the speaking technique, free engagement, and note-taking techniques. The data in this study are utterances in the empetalk podcast dialogue with Xin. Based on the research, it found 26 data of the closest pairs of utterances, 23 data of overheard forms. | Additional Information: | Penelitian ini membahas pola alih tutur dalam dialog podcast empetalk bersama Xin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan bentuk alih tutur dalam dialog podcast empetalk, (2) mendeskripsikan pasangan ujaran terdekat dalam dialog podcast empetalk, (3) mengimplikasikan alih tutur terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMP. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik simak bebas libat cakap, dan teknik catat. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah tuturan dalam dialog podcast empetalk bersama Xin. Berdasarkan penelitian ditemukan 26 data pasangan ujaran terdekat, 23 data bentuk alih tutur.
