Abstract

This research aims to determine the self-efficacy, interpersonal skills, and learning outcomes of biology students at SMA Negeri 1 Kramatwatu. This study is a descriptive qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. The main data sources in this study were the results of self-efficacy and interpersonal communication questionnaires for IPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Kramatwatu grade XI students in the even-numbered semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Secondary data sources are Mid-Semester Assessment (PTS) scores and practice scores. The results of the primary data were refined using questionnaires from teachers and students. Data collection methods using non-test methods. The reliability of the obtained data was checked using the source triangulation method. The data analysis method in this study uses the Miles & Huberman analysis model. The average value of self-efficacy of students of the highest category is 77.45. The average value of interpersonal skills of students in the highest category is 77.83. The mean value of learning outcomes for biology students that include the cognitive area from PTS results is 71.65 in the good category.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efikasi diri, keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal, dan hasil belajar biologi siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Kramatwatu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini berasal dari hasil angket efikasi diri dan angket komunikasi interpersonal siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Kramatwatu semester genap tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Sumber data sekunder berupa hasil Penilaian Tengah Semester (PTS) dan nilai praktikum. Hasil data primer diperjelas dengan lembar wawancara guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik non tes. Uji keabsahan data yang diperoleh dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis Miles & Huberman. Nilai rata-rata efikasi diri siswa dalam kategori tinggi yaitu 77,45. Nilai rata-rata keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal siswa dalam kategori tinggi yaitu 77,83. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar biologi siswa yang meliputi ranah kognitif dari hasil PTS yaitu 71,65 dalam kategori baik.
