Abstract

PT Fastrata Buana Serang City is one of the private companies engaged in the distribution of beverages and candy products with a company building that is quite large, it is possible to waste energy use, so it is necessary to carry out an energy audit to find out the profile of energy use in the PT Fastrata Buana building, Serang City. The results of the energy audit obtained the IKE value for 2021, which is 230.92 kWh/m2/year so that it can be seen that the electricity IKE at PT Fastrata Buana Serang City is still relatively efficient, but for lighting conditions and also the room air conditioning system there are still many that are not. in accordance with the results of calculations and applicable standards. Energy consumption in the air conditioner before changing the refrigerant is 75.408,35 kWh/year and after changing the M-22 refrigerant the energy consumption becomes 52.021,32 kWh/year or by changing the type of AC to an inverter AC type, which is 36.595,882 kWh/year.

Additional Information: PT Fastrata Buana Kota Serang merupakan salah satu perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang distributor untuk produk minuman dan juga permen, dengan gedung perusahaan yang cukup luas ini memungkinkan adanya pemborosan terhadap penggunaan energi, sehingga diperlukan adanya pelaksanaan audit energi untuk mengetahui profil penggunaan energi pada gedung PT Fastrata Buana Kota Serang. Hasil dari pelaksanaan audit energi didapat nilai IKE untuk tahun 2021 yaitu sebesar 230,92 kWh/m2/tahun sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa IKE listrik pada PT Fastrata Buana Kota Serang masih tergolong efisien, tetapi untuk kondisi pencahayaan dan juga sistem pendingin udara ruangan masih banyak terdapat yang tidak sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan maupun standar yang berlaku. Konsumsi energi pada AC sebelum pergantian refrigerant yaitu sebesar 75.408,35 kWh/tahun dan setelah melakukan pergantian refrigerant M-22 konsumsi energi menjadi 52.021,32 kWh/tahun atau dengan mengganti jenis AC menjadi jenis AC inverter yaitu sebesar 36.595,882 kWh/tahun.
