Abstract
The use of learning videos is very closely related to children's developmental abilities, one of which is the ability to speak. Learning videos are effectively used because only in a show, children get knowledge about learning materials. However, the facts on the ground are that there are still some children who have low speaking skills. This study was conducted to determine whether there is a positive and significant effect of the use of learning videos on the speaking ability of children aged 5-6 years. In this study, the research method used is a quantitative approach. This research design uses a quasi -experimental type of nonequivalent control group design, where there are 2 groups, namely the control group and the experimental group. Data was collected by using questionnaires and tests. Data analysis used is normality test, homogeneity test and t test. From the results of this study, the treatment in the experimental group had an effect and increased the children's speaking ability. Most of the children are able to speak using good sentence structure, standard language and speak fluently in the surrounding environment. The results of the hypothesis test also show that there is a positive and significant difference from the use of learning videos on the speaking ability of children aged 5-6 years, with the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.00 < 0.005 which means H1 accepted and H0 rejected.

Additional Information: | Penggunaan video pembelajaran sangat erat kaitannya dengan kemampuan perkembangan anak, salah satunya kemampuan berbicara. Video pembelajaran efektif digunakan karena hanya dalam sebuah tayangan, anak mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang materi pembelajaran. Tapi, fakta di lapangan masih ada beberapa anak yang memilki kemampuan berbicara yang rendah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari penggunaan video pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan berbicara anak usia 5-6 tahun. Pada penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan quasi experiment dengan jenis nonequivalent control group design, dimana terdapat 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan tes. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji t. Dari hasil penelitian ini, pemberian perlakukan di kelompok eksperimen memberikan pengaruh dan peningkatan kemampuan berbicara anak. Sebagian besar anak sudah dapat berbicara menggunakan struktur kalimat yang baik, bahasa baku dan berbicara dengan lancar pada lingkungan sekitar. Hasil dari uji hipotesis pun menunjukan terdapat perbedaan positif dan signifikan dari penggunaan video pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan berbicara anak usia 5-6 tahun, dengan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0,00 < 0,005 yang berarti H1 diterima dan H¬0 ditolak. | |||||||||
