Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the nutritional content of food mushrooms as milkfish feed and the implications of research results on biology teaching materials on the concept of biotechnology. This study used a completely randomized design consisting of five treatments with three replications each. The provision of food mushrooms as fish food consisted of JM (paddy straw mushroom), JER (king oyster mushroom), JEN (enoki mushroom) which, grew in soybean cord waste as feed for milkfish larvae, positive control was in the form of fish pellets. While negative control was in the form of soybean cord waste without fungal inoculation. Milkfish larvae were reared for 30 days, and the length of growth and survival of milkfish larvae were observed. Proximate analysis of fish feed including carbohydrate, protein, fat, fiber, ash, and water content, was carried out at BPKIL Serang Regency. The results showed that the length of growth milkfish larvae was significantly different from the positive control, with the highest value on JM feed of 6.483 cm and the lowest on JEN diet of 6.133 cm, with the survival rate of milkfish larvae ranging from 31.6% - 90.65%. The value of the nutritional content in fish feed can help increase the length of growth, and survival of milkfish larvae are the levels of fiber, fat, and protein. The results of this study can be used as primary data for biology teaching materials on the concept of biotechnology in the form of digital-based learning modules.

Additional Information: | ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan nutrisi jamur pangan sebagai pakan ikan bandeng dan implikasi hasil penelitian terhadap bahan ajar biologi pada konsep bioteknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap yang terdiri dari lima perlakuan dengan masing-masing tiga ulangan. Pemberian jamur pangan sebagai pakan ikan terdiri dari JM (Jamur merang), JER (Jamur eryngii), JEN (Jamur enoki) yang tumbuh dalam ampas tahu sebagai pakan larva ikan bandeng, kontrol positif bentuk pelet ikan sedangkan kontrol negatif berupa ampas tahu tanpa inokulasi jamur pangan. Larva ikan bandeng dipelihara selama 30 hari, diamati pertumbuhan panjang dan sintasan hidup larva ikan bandeng. Analisis proksimat pada pakan ikan meliputi kadar karbohidrat, protein, lemak, serat, abu dan air dilakukan di BPKIL Kab.Serang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pertumbuhan panjang pada larva ikan bandeng berbeda nyata dengan kontrol positif dengan nilai tertinggi pada pakan JM 6,483 cm dan terendah pada pakan JEN 6,133 cm dengan tingkat sintasan hidup larva ikan bandeng berkisar 31,6% - 90,65%. Nilai kandungan nutrisi pada pakan ikan dapat membantu bertambahnya pertumbuhan panjang dan sintasan hidup larva ikan bandeng adalah kadar serat, lemak dan protein. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai data primer untuk bahan ajar biologi pada konsep bioteknologi berupa modul pembelajaran berbasis digital. | |||||||||
