Abstract
21st Century Skills or known as 4Cs are skills that students must possess in order to survive in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. From this, it is clear that teachers must be able to take various ways in order to develop their students, which is one way to achieve this goal, namely by integrating 4C skills through various learning opportunities. This study aims to determine the teacher's role in integrating 4C skills in learning activities. This study aims to determine the teacher's planning in integrating 4C skills in learning activities, the process of implementing 4C skills�based learning activities, the evaluation process carried out in learning activities. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection process was carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques to the principal, teachers and students as resource persons. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's activities play an active role in making lesson plans that are made on the basis of consideration of the conditions of students. In the implementation of learning, harmony between intra-curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities can be the key to successful learning that seeks to cultivate 4C skills. From the evaluation activities carried out, it can be seen that some of the skills of students include critical thinking skills, communication skills, collaboration skills and creativity skills on various occasions.

Additional Information: | Keterampilan Abad 21 atau dapat dikenal dengan 4C merupakan keterampilan-keterampilan yang harus dimiliki peserta didik agar dapat survive di era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Dari hal tersebut terlihat jelas bahwa guru harus mampu menempuh berbagai cara agar dapat mengembangkan peserta didiknya yang mana salah satu cara agar dapat mencapai tujuan tersebut yaitu dengan mengintegrasikan keterampilan 4C melalui berbagai kesempatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam mengintegrasikan keterampilan 4C pada kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan guru dalam mengintegrasikan keterampilan 4C pada kegiatan pembelajaran, proses pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis keterampilan 4C, proses evaluasi yang dilakukan pada kegiatan Pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi kepada kepala sekolah, guru dan peserta didik sebagai narasumber. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kegiatan guru berperan aktif alam membuat rencana pembelajaran yang dibuat atas dasar pertimbangan kondisi peserta didik. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran Keselarasan antara kegiatan intrakurikuler, kokurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler dapat menjadi kunci kesuksesan pembelajaran yang berupaya untuk menumbuhkan keterampilan 4C. Dari kegiatan evaluasi yang dilakukan dapat terlihat beberapa keterampilan peserta didik yang diantaranya yaitu keterampilan berpikir kritis, keterampilan berkomunikasi, keterampilan berkerjasama dan keterampilan kreativitas diberbagai kesempatan. | |||||||||
