Abstract
This study aims to describe 1) parenting program implementation 2) benefits of parenting programs 3) supporting factors and inhibiting factors of parenting programs. The subjects of this study were principals, teachers and parents. Data collection using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presen tation and conclusion drawing. Validity of data conducted to explain data using extended research, triangulation, membercheck and adequacy of references. The results showed that 1) The parenting program is carried out every three months with stages of planning, implementation and evaluation. Each theme is different, the first is about socializing school programs, the second is about maintaining the nutritional health of children and the third is about parenting in the digital era 2) this parenting program provides several benefits to respondents. 3) supporting factors include the enthusiasm of the participants, the solidarity of the committee, adequate facilities and infrastructure and the implementation time is not too long. Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan 1) implementasi program parenting 2) manfaat program parenting 3) faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat program parenting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif berlokasi di Kober cerdas ceria kota serang. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan wali murid. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data yang dilakukan untuk menjelaskan data menggunakan perpanjangan penelitian, triangulasi, membercheck dan kecukupan referensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) program parenting dilaksanakan sebanyak tiga bulan sekali dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Setiap temanya berbeda yang pertama tentang sosialisasi program sekolah, yang kedua tentang menjaga kesehatan gizi anak dan yang ketiga tentang pola asuh di era digital. 2) program parenting ini memberikan beberapa manfaat kepada responden. 3) faktor pendukung antara lain antusias peserta, kesolidan panitia, sarana dan prasarana cukup memadai dan waktu pelaksaan tidak terlalu lama.
