Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Putra Jaya Pratama Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh, yang berarti seluruh populasi dalam penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 130 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala interval. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Diperoleh hasil pengukuran regresi dengan persamaan Y = 5,251 + 0,363 (X1) + 0,167 (X2) + 0,239 (X3) + 3,849ε dan data adjusted R square sebesar 0,323 hal ini berarti 32,3% variabel disiplin kerja, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Putra Jaya Pratama Bekasi, sedangkan 67,7% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian secara parsial (uji t) menyatakan bahwa, variabel disiplin kerja memiliki nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 4,683 > 1,978 dan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel motivasi memiliki nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,777 > 1,978 dan tingkat signifikasi 0,006 < 0,05 artinya motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel lingkungan kerja memiliki nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 4,157 > 1,978 dan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Additional Information: This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Putra Jaya Pratama Bekasi. This study uses a saturated sample, which means that the entire population in this study can be sampled. The sample in this study amounted to 130 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire and the measuring instrument used was an interval scale. The data analysis technique used is validity and reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination test (R2) and hypothesis test (t test). By using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software. Regression measurement results are obtained with the equation Y = 5,251 + 0,363 (X1) + 0,167 (X2) + 0,239 (X3) + 3,849ε and the adjusted R square data is 0,323, this means 32,3% of the variables work discipline, motivation and work environment have an influence on employee performance at PT. Putra Jaya Pratama Bekasi, while the remaining 67,7% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. The results of the partial study (t test) state that the work discipline variable has a value of tcount > ttable that is 4,683 > 1,978 and a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05, meaning that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the motivation variable has a value of tcount > ttable that is 2,777 > 1,978 and a significance level of 0,006 < 0,05 meaning that motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and the work environment variable has a value of tcount > ttable that is 4,175 > 1,978 and a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05 meaning that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
