Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengaruh Tingkat Penerapan Pelatihan, Disiplin Preventiv, Sistem Pemberian Tunjangan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Lingga Perdana Kota Cilegon) adalah judul skripsi dari Herlina Juniyanti (5551170119) mahasiswa Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Jurusan Manajemen (Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia) di bawah bimbingan Vera Maria, SE., M.M.selaku pembimbing I dan Sri Ndaru Arthawati, M.M selaku pembimbing II. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tingkat Penerapan Pelatihan (X1) Disiplin Preventiv (X2) dan Sistem Pemberian Tunjangan (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) di PT. Lingga Perdana Kota Cilegon. Dalam penelitian ini jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT. Lingga Perdana Kota Cilegon yang berjumlah 150 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden yang ditentukan dengan rumus slovin. Uji coba instrumen penelitian dilakukan di PT. Lingga Perdana Kota Cilegon dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling, dan dalam pengukuran kuesioner menggunakan skala likert, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik dan uji linier berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS versi 25. Kata kunci : Penerapan Pelatihan, Disiplin Preventif, Pemberian Tunjangan, Kinerja Karyawan

Lingga Perdana City of Cilegon. In this research, the type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach, the population in this study are employees at PT. Lingga Perdana Kota Cilegon, with a total of 150 employees. The sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents who were determined by the Slovin formula. The research instrument trial was conducted at PT. Lingga Perdana Kota Cilegon with sampling using probability sampling method, and in measuring the questionnaire using the Likert scale, the data analysis methods used were data quality test, classical assumption test and multiple linear test with the help of IBM SPSS version 25 software.
