Abstract

Pengelolaan inventory yang baik membutuhkan sistem informasi dengan berbasis website. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Empat Kopi, yang merupakan usaha kecil yang bergerak di bidang kuliner. Masalah yang terjadi pada aktivitas inventory, Empat Kopi masih menggunakan cara tradisional dalam pencatatan barang masuk dan barang keluar menyebabkan menjadi tidak efisien dan efektif.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem informasi inventory berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode waterfall, pada penelitian ini tidak menggunakan tahapan maintenance. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah website yang dirancang berdasarkan Requirements Definition kebutuhan fungsional yaitu login user, input data barang masuk dan barang keluar, input data barang dan melihat laporan. Kemudian tahap System And Software Design menggunakan DFD yang melibatkan eksternal yaitu admin berdasarkan context diagram dan ERD dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan data. Kemudian tahap Implementation and Unit Testing yang telah diimplementasikan melalui interface kemudian diuji menggunakan black box dengan menghasilkan kesimpulan valid dari yang diharapkan pada sistem tersebut dan usability testing hasil uji tersebut menyatakan nilai sebesar 95% dengan klasifikasi sangat baik. Dengan adanya perancangan ini membuat Empat Kopi mempermudah dalam aktifitas inventory dan meminimalisir kesalahan dan memberikan data dengan akurat dan cepat.

Additional Information: Good inventory management requires a web-based information system. This research was conducted on Empat Kopi, which is a small business engaged in the culinary field. Problems that occur in activity inventory, Empat Kopi still uses the traditional way of recording incoming and outgoing goods, causing inefficient and effective. This study aims to design a website-based inventory information system using the waterfall method, in this study it does not use the maintenance stage. The result of this research is a website that is designed based on the Requirements Definition of functional requirements, namely user login, input data for incoming goods and outgoing goods, input data for goods and view reports. Then the System And Software Design stage uses DFD which involves external, namely admin based on context diagrams and ERD is designed according to data needs. Then the Implementation and Unit Testing stages that have been implemented through the interface are then tested using a black box by producing valid conclusions from those expected on the system and the usability testing of the test results stating a value of 95% with a very good classification. With this design, Empat Kopi makes it easier for inventory activities and minimizes errors and provides data accurately and quickly.
