Abstract

Masa pandemi seperti sekarang ini dengan adanya wabah covid-19 memberikan tuntutan yang sangat besar bagi para pimpinan, karyawan, cara kerja di instansi pemerintah atau perusahaan karena ruang dan waktu untuk bekerja menjadi lebih terbatas, salah satu yang terdampak adalah Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Serang. Dengan menetapkan ketentuan bekerja dari rumah dan diperbolehkan masuk ke kantor dengan jumlah yang tidak lebih dari 50% total pegawai. Adanya pembagian sistem kerja seperti ini mempunyai dampak terhadap kinerja karyawannya, dilihat dari perbedaan cara pimpinan memberikan arahan ke pegawainya, budaya organisasinya, serta quality of work life yang ada didalamnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 50 orang pegawai negeri sipil di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Serang, yang kemudian data diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS, dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh negatif yang tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh posiif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap quality of work life, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan jika diuji secara tidak langsung melalui quality of work life sebagai variabel intervening, sedangkan budaya organisasi tetap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dilihat dari nilai t-statistiknya yang mempunyai nilai > 1,96.

Additional Information: During a pandemic like today, with the covid-19 outbreak, there are enormous demands for leaders, employees, how to work in government agencies or companies because the space and time to work is more limited, one of which is the Serang Regency Regional Revenue Agency. Bydetermining the terms of working from home and being allowed to enter the office with a number that is not more than 50% of the total employees. The existence of a division of work systems like this has an impact on the performance of employees, seen from the differences in the way leadersprovide direction to employees, organizational culture, and the quality of work life in it. Thisresearch was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 50 civil servants in the Serang RegencyRegional Revenue Agency, which were then processed using the SmartPLS software, from thisstudy it was found that leadership style has a negative and insignificant effect on employeeperformance, organizational culture has a positive effect. and not significant to employeeperformance, leadership style has a positive effect and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the quality of work life, leadership style has a positive and significant effect if tested indirectly through quality of work life as an intervening variable, while organizational culture still has a positive effect. and significant, seen from the t-statistic value which has a valueof > 1.96.
