Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) peran instruktur dalam penerapan prinsip andragogi (2) pelaksanaan penerapan prinsip andragogi (3) kendala instruktur dalam penerapan prinsip belajar andragogi pada kegiatan pelatihan komputer di LKP Techno Informatika Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini diantaranya reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) peran instruktur dalam penerapan prinsip andragogi pada kegiatan pelatihan komputer di LKP Techno Informatika telah dilaksanakan oleh instruktur sesuai dengan tugas dari masingmasing peran tersebut dan setiap peran menunjukkan hasil yang baik, terlihat dari instruktur yang dapat menguasai dan merealisasikan setiap perannya. (2) pelaksanaan penerapan prinsip andragogi telah berjalan dengan cukup baik dengan adanya penerapan prinsip andragogi dianggap membantu warga belajar pada kegiatan pelatihan komputer serta sangatlah efektif dalam membentuk warga belajar yang aktif dan mandiri. (3) kendala yang dialami instruktur dalam penerapan prinsip andragogi yaitu kebugaran fisik, pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, motivasi, dan etos kerja.

Additional Information: This study aims to determine (1) the role of the instructor in the application of the principles of andragogy (2) the implementation of the principle of andragogy (3) the constraints of the instructor in applying the principles of andragogy learning in computer training activities at LKP Techno Informatika Bekasi. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research that have been done show that: (1) the role of the instructor in applying the principles of andragogy in computer training activities at LKP Techno Informatics has been carried out by the instructor in accordance with the duties of each of these roles and each role shows good results, it can be seen from the instructors who can master and realize each of its roles. (2) the implementation of the andragogy principle has gone quite well with the application of the andragogy principle which is considered to help learning citizens in computer training activities and is very effective in forming active and independent learning citizens. (3) the obstacles experienced by the instructor in applying the principles of andragogy, namely physical fitness, education, work experience, motivation, and work ethic.
