Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of : Levers of Control and Innovativeness on increase Organizational Performance. The population in this study were all management who work on manufacturing enterprises in Banten Province. The sample in this study were all management in the 21 large-scale manufacturing companies in the Banten Province. While respondents were in this study is Middle Management. The data was collected using a questionnaire, while the measurement data using 5 Likert scale. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) through software Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of data analysis showed that all the hypotheses proposed in this study is acceptable. This means that Levers of Cotrol and Innovativeness are affect on increase Organizational Performance.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan dari peneitian ini adalah untuk menguji adanya pengaruh antara : Levers of Control dan Innovativeness terhadap peningkatan Organizational Performance. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua manajer yang bekerja pada perusahaan manufaktur di Provinsi Banten.. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua manager pada 21 perusahaan manufaktur berskala besar di Provinsi Banten. Sedangkan yang menjadi reponden dalam penelitian ini adalah Middle Manager. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan pengukuran data menggunakan 5 skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) melalui software Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil data analisis menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima. Hal ini berarti bahwa Levers of Control dan Innovativeness berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan Organizational Performance. | |||||||||
