Abstract
His study aims to explain (1) the role of the Family Empowerment and Welfare Mobilization Team (TP PKK) in Implementing 10 PKK Programs (2) the results of TP-PKK Serang City in implementing 10 PKK programs (3) supporting and inhibiting factors of TP-PKK Serang City in implementing 10 PKK programs in Jagarayu Village, Gelam Village, Cipocok Jaya District, Serang City, Banten. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The techniques and data collection guidelines used were observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data sources for this study were 5 TP PKK cadres. The research steps are through the orientation, exploration, and member check stages. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it shows that (1) the role of the TP PKK plays a fairly good role, this can be seen from activities ranging from preparing work plans, providing instructions, guidance, and coaching, motoring, evaluating, and supervising, implementing administrative rules. As well as in the development of the PKK TP, it has carried out improving the quality of PKK managers and the performance of the PK PKK team, receiving, processing, and sending special annual reports to the provincial TP PKK and members of the board of trustees, holding consultations, and holding collaborations. (2) the implementation of the 10 programs carried out is divided into 4 working groups. Pokja I consists of programs for the appreciation and practice of Pancasila and mutual cooperation. Pokja II covers education and skills, as well as the development of cooperative life. Pokja III is related to food, clothing, and housing and family management programs. Working Group IV on health, environmental sustainability, and healthy living planning. (3) the existence of supporting factors include the availability of competent human resources (management), and the existence of financial assistance from the government and inhibiting factors for voluntary workers/PKK cadres and the limited ability and education level of cadres.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan (1) Peranan Tim Penggerak Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (TP PKK) dalam Melaksanakan 10 Program PKK (2) hasil TP-PKK Kota Serang dalam melaksanakan 10 program PKK (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat TP-PKK Kota Serang dalam melaksanakan 10 program PKK Kampung KB Lingkungan Jagarayu Kelurahan Gelam Kecamatan Cipocok Jaya Kota Serang Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Adapaun teknik dan pedoman pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah 5 orang kader TP PKK. Langkahlangkah penelitian yaitu melalui tahap orientasi, eksplorasi, dan member check. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa (1) Peranan TP PKK berperan cukup baik hal ini dilihat dari kegiatan mulai dari penyusunan rencana kerja, memberikan petunjuk, bimbingan, dan pembinaan, motoring, evaluasi, dan supervisi, melaksanakan tata tertib administrasi. Serta dalam pengembangan TP PKK sudah melaksanakan peningkatan mutu pengelola PKK dan kinerja tim PK PKK, menerima, mengolah, dan mengirimkan laporan tahunan khsusus kepada TP PKK provinsi dan anggota dewan penyantun, mengadakan konsultasi, hingga mengadakan kerja sama. (2) pelaksanaan 10 program yang dilaksankan terbagi ke dalam 4 pokja. Pokja I terdiri dari program Penghayatan dan pengamalan pancasila serta gotong royong. Pokja II meliputi Pendidikan dan keterampilan, serta Pengembangan kehidupan berkoperasi. Pokja III terkait dengna program pangan, sandang, serta perumahan dan tata laksana keluarga. Pokja IV mengenai tentang kesehatan, kelestarian lingkungan hidup, dan perencanaan hidup sehat. (3) adanya faktor pendukung meliputi Tersedianya sumber daya manusia (pengurus) yang kompeten, dan adanya bantuan dana dari pemerintah dan faktor penghambat tenaga sukarela/kader PKK dan terbatasnya kemampuan dan tingkat pendidikan kader | |||||||||
