Abstract
Penelitian ini menggambarkan tentang pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Sumberwaras melalui program Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berada di Desa Sumberwaras Kecamatan Malingping Kabupaten Lebak melalui program Bandan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Metode yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis data kualitatif yang dimulai dari mengatur urutan data, mengorganisasikan kedalam suatu pola, serta menafsirkan data. Informan yang terlibat dalam penilitian ini ialah kepala Desa, pengurus BUMDes, tokoh masyarakat dan masyarakat Desa Sumberwaras. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Sebagian besar masyarakat serta stake holder yang berada di Desa Sumberwaras sudah mengetahui BUMDes serta program BUMDes dari segi pemberdayaan masyarakat. 2) Pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dikelola oleh BUMDes memiliki tujuan utama yaitu pencapaian kesejahteraan dalam kehidupan masyarakat, selain itu adanya pemberdayaan masyarakat menciptakan masyarakat menjadi mandiri untuk mendirikan usaha sendiri namun tetap berada dalam naungan BUMDes. 3) Sistem pemanfaatan pasar yang dilakukan oleh BUMDes dengan cara memanfaatkan pengangguran serta memasarkan melalui sosial media dan warung BUMDes. 4) Faktor penghambat dan pendukung yang saling memiliki keterikatan yang mengakibatkan sering terjadinya penghambatan dalam program BUMDes.

| Additional Information: | This research describes about the people empowerment in Sumberwaras Village through Village-Owned Enterprise Program (Badan Usaha Milik Desa; BUMDes). The goal of this research was to know about the people empowerment in Sumberwaras Village. The method that used in this research was qualitative method with descriptive approach. Data collecting technique that used was observation, interview, and documentation. The used data analysis technique was qualitative data analysis, which began with sorting sequence data, organizing it into a pattern, and then interpreting it. The informant involved in this research was the Village Head, the management section of BUMDes, the public figure of the village, and the people of Sumberwaras Village. The result of the research was 1) Most of the people and stakeholders in Sumberwaras Village already know BUMDes and its programs in terms of community empowerment. 2) The main goal of the people empowerment program managed by BUMDes was to achieve welfare in people's lives; additionally, the existence of people empowerment allows people to become self-sufficient and start their own businesses while remaining under the supervision of BUMDes. 3) The market utilization system carried out by BUMDes is by taking advantage of unemployment and marketing through social media and BUMDes stalls. 4) Inhibiting and supporting factors are interrelated which results in frequent obstacles in the BUMDes program. | |||||||||
