Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of investment opportunity set, free cash flow, and business risk on firm value. The population in this study are the property, real estate and construction sector companies for the 2013-2017 period. The sample of this study were 24 samples. The analytical method used is the classical assumption test, t test, and f test. Hypothesis test results show that: 1) investment opportunity set has a positive and significant effect on firm value. 2) free cash flow has a significant positive effect on firm value. 3) business risk has a negative and significant impact on the value of the company. 4) investment opportunity set, free cash flow, and business risk simultaneously affect the value of the company.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh investment opportunity set, free cash flow, dan risiko bisnis terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor property, real estate, dan konstruksi periode 2013-2017. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 24 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji t, dan uji f. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa: 1) investment opportunity set berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. 2) free cash flow berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. 3) risiko bisnis berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhdap nilai perusahaan. 4) investment opportunity set, free cash flow, dan risiko bisnis secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. | |||||||||
