Abstract
ABSTRACT Nihlatin Nufus. NIM. 6670150005. Skripsi. Performance of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Women and Children Protection Area (UPTD PPA) of Pandeglang Regency in Handling Violence Against Children in Pandeglang. Supervisor : Bayu Nurrohman, M.Ipol. Government Science Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. Violence against children in Pandeglang Regency has increased every year, from 2019 to 2021. The role of UPTD PPA Pandeglang Regency in handling violence that occurs in children is very important. This research was conducted to find out the performance of UPTD PPA Pandeglang Regency in handling violence against children in Pandeglang. This study uses the theory of performance according to Agus Dwiyanto, namely productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability. The research method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative research results show the performance of UPTD PPA Pandeglang Regency in handling violence against children has not run optimally. This is due to the lack of employees owned by UPTD PPA Pandeglang Regency. In addition, the lack of existing facilities and infrastructure in the UPTD PPA in terms of supporting the services provided to victims such as a complaint room, counseling room and safe house and not yet optimal programs such as socialization that has not been evenly distributed. Program Studi Ilmu Pemerintahan, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Kekerasan terhadap anak di Kabupaten Pandeglang mengalami kenaikan setiap tahun yaitu pada tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2021. Peranan UPTD PPA Kabupaten Pandeglang dalam penanganan kekerasan yang terjadi pada anak sangat penting. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahi kinerja UPTD PPA Kabupaten Pandeglang dalam penanganan kekerasan terhadap anak di Pandeglang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori kinerja menurut Agus Dwiyanto yaitu produktivitas , kualitas layanan, responsivitas, responsibilitas dan akuntabilitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah kualitatif deskriptif hasil penelitian menunjukan kinerja UPTD PPA Kabupaten Pandeglang dalam penanganan kekerasan terhadap anak belum berjalan optimal. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pegawai yang dimiliki oleh UPTD PPA Kabupaten Pandeglang. Selain itu kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang ada di UPTD PPA dalam hal menunjang pelayanan yang diberikan kepada korban seperti ruang pengaduan, ruang konseling dan rumah aman serta belum optimalnya program- program seperti sosialisasi yang belum merata.
