Abstract

Air adalah kebutuhan dasar kehidupan. Tanaman membutuhkan jumlah yang tepat air, terlalu banyak atau terlalu sedikit akan merusak pertumbuhan tanaman. Pertumbuhan tanaman sangat dibatasi oleh jumlah air yang tersedia dalam tanah, karena air mempunyai peranan penting dalam proses kehidupan tanaman. Perancangan sistem penyiraman otomatis menggunakan sensor kelembaban YL-69 dan sensor suhu DS18B20 bertujuan untuk penentu kapan dilakukan penyiraman air dan mengendalikan waktu lama penyiraman air serta sesuai dengan kebutuhan tanaman tersebut agar mendapatkan kualitas hasil tanaman yang lebih baik. Fuzzy Logic merupakan salah satu metode sistem kontrol yang dapat memberikan keputusan yang menyerupai keputusan manusia. Penggunaan Fuzzy Logic ini untuk mengatur berapa jumlah air yang dibutuhkan. Pengujian dilakukan setiap pagi hari jam 09.00 dan sore hari jam 16.00 yang diatur dengan Real time clock DS3231. Metode kalibrasi untuk sensor kelembaban menggunakan regresi linier dengan persamaan x (%) = 1001,6-(ADC)/8,0381 selama kalibrasi didapatkan kesalahan 1,22%, sedangkan sensor suhu didapatkan kesalahan 0,11%. Sistem penyiraman tanaman otomatis mampu menjaga kondisi kelembaban tanah ideal yaitu 75% sampai dengan 80%. Suhu tanah rata-rata per hari pada pagi hari yaitu 28°C dan sore hari yaitu 32°C sedangkan kelembaban tanah rata-rata per hari 56,3%, untuk tanaman sawi. nilai rata rata kelembaban tanah selama pengujian adalah 78,35%.

Additional Information: Water is a basic need of life. Plants need the right amount of water, too much or too little will damage plant growth. Plant growth is very limited by the amount of water available in the soil, because water has an important role in plant life processes. The design of an automatic watering system using a humidity sensor YL-69 and a temperature sensor DS18B20 aims to determine when watering is carried out and control the length of time watering and according to the needs of these plants in order to get better crop quality. Fuzzy logic is one of the control system methods that can provide decisions that resemble human decisions. The use of fuzzy logic is to regulate how much water is needed. The test is carried out every morning at 09.00 and in the afternoon at 16.00 which is set by the Real time clock DS3231. The calibration method for the humidity sensor uses linear regression with the equation x (%) = 1001.6-(ADC)/8.0381 during calibration an error of 1.22% is obtained, while the temperature sensor is an error of 0.11%. The automatic plant watering system is able to maintain ideal soil moisture conditions of 75% to 80%. The average soil temperature per day in the morning is 28°C and in the afternoon is 32°C while the average soil moisture per day is 56.3%, for mustard plants. The average value of soil moisture during the test was 78.35%.
