Abstract

Motor induksi tiga fasa merupakan salah satu jenis motor yang paling banyak digunakan pada sektor industri, transportasi, dan aplikasi lain. Konstruksinya yang kuat, diproduksi dengan daya yang besar serta pemeliharaannya yang tidak rumit daro motor induksi sehingga banyak digunakan. Meningkatkan kinerja dari motor induksi perlu pengendalian arus masukan, dapat digunakan Field Oriented Control (FOC) serta pengendalian kecepatan menggunakan kendali PI. Unjuk kerja pengendalian kecepatan putar motor dengan kendali PI dapat digantikan dengan pengendalian kecepatan putar motor dengan kendali JST. Penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan sistem kendali dengan metode jaringan syaraf tiruan untuk mengendalikan kecepatan motor induksi 3 fasa, membandingkan respon waktu antara pengendalian kecepatan motor induksi tiga fasa menggunakan kendali PI dan kendali JST, dan membandingkan akurasi antara pengendalian kecepatan motor induksi tiga fasa menggunakan kendali PI dan kendali JST. Hasil perbandingan dilakukan dengan mengubahan kecepatan referensi dan perubahan torsi beban yang divariasikan, yaitu sebesar 1000rpm, 1200rpm, dan 1500rpm untuk perubahan kecepatan. Torsi referensinya serta 0 Nm, 100 Nm, dan 200 Nm untuk perubahan torsi beban. Hasil perbandingan yang didapat overshoot dari pengendalian kecepatan dengan menggunakan kendali PI lebih besar dari pengendalian kecepatan dengan menggunakan kendali JST. Perancangan sistem kendali dengan metode jaringan syaraf tiruan mampu mengendalikan kecepatan motor induksi 3 fasa dengan baik.

Additional Information: Three-phase induction motor is one of the most widely used types of motors in industry, transportation, and other applications. Its strong construction, produced with great power and less complicated maintenance than induction motors are widely used. To improve the performance of an induction motor, it is necessary to control the input current, Field Oriented Control (FOC) and speed control using PI control can be used. The performance of controlling motor rotational speed with PI control can be replaced by controlling motor rotational speed with ANN control. This research was conducted to design a control system using an artificial neural network method to control the speed of a 3-phase induction motor, compare the response time between the speed control of a three-phase induction motor using PI control and ANN control, and compare the accuracy between controlling the speed of a three-phase induction motor using PI control and ANN control. The results of the comparison are carried out by changing the reference speed and varying load torque changes, which are 1000rpm, 1200rpm, and 1500rpm for speed changes. The reference torque is 0 Nm, 100 Nm and 200 Nm for changes in load torque. The comparison results obtained from the overshoot of speed control using PI control is greater than speed control using ANN control. The design of the control system with the artificial neural network method is able to control the speed of a 3-phase induction motor well.
