Additional Information: | The purposes of this study is to identify consumer characteristics of Kedai Masa Gitu in Tangerang Regency and to analyze the level of customer satisfaction with service quality at Kedai Masa Gitu in Tangerang Regency. This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach method. The sampling technique was incidental sampling with 100 respondents. This research method uses the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Descriptive Analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results of this study are the consumer characteristics of Kedai Masa Gitu dominated by female respondents, aged 17-25 years, who work as a student or college student, and the average frequency has made more than 2 purchases. Based on the analysis with the IPA method, there are no attributes found in quadrant I, in quadrant II there are 8 attributes that are considered important and their performance is good, in quadrant III there are 6 attributes that are considered less important by consumers and their performance is normal, and in quadrant IV, there are 2 attributes that are considered unimportant but their performance is excessive. Based on the analysis using the CSI method, it is known that the consumer satisfaction index for Kedai Masa Gitu's service is 80.93%, meaning that consumers are very satisfied with Kedai Masa Gitu's service. | |||||||||
