Abstract

Teachers have a crucial role in achieving educational goals, especially in developing the learner's creative ability. One way the development of creativity can be done is by stimulating the kurassaki program. This research is aimed at learning the role of teachers in developing learners' creativity through a kurassaki program and learning the supporting factors and inhibitfactors in developing the creativity of learners a kurassaki program at SDN kutabaru 1. The study use a descriptive qualitative method of study, the source in the study is the headmaster, the teacher, the chairman of the program kurassaki, the learner. The data-gathering technique used for interviews, observation and documentation, which was analyzed using Miles and Hubermans. The results of this study show that: 1) the teacher's role in developing a learner's creativity includes the teacher as the organizer, facilitator /mediator, class manager, motivator, informator, inspirator/demonstrator, supervisor, guide, initiation, corrector, and evaluator. 2) contributing factors and inhibitors in developing a learner's creativity through a kurassaki program, supportive factors include completeness of means and infrastructure, a power educators, and a parent. While inhibitors include lack of communication and socialization, the lack of creativity of teachers, the lack of courage of learners, the lack of parental support. Additional Information: Guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan, khususnya dalam rangka mengembangkan kemampuan kreatif peserta didik. Salah satu cara pengembangan kreativitas dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan program Kurassaki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam mengembangkan kreativitas peserta didik melalui program Kurassaki dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam mengembangkan kreativitas peserta didik melalui program kurassaki di SDN Kutabaru 1. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, ketua program kurassaki, peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Peran guru dalam mengembangkan kreativitas peserta didik meliputi guru sebagai organisator, fasilitator/mediator, pengelola kelas, motivator, informator, inspirator/demonstrator, supervisor, pembimbing, inisiator, korektor, dan evaluator. 2) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengembangkan kreativitas peserta didik melalui program Kurassaki, faktor pendukung meliputi kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana, tenaga pendidik, dan orangtua. Sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi kurangnya komunikasi dan sosialisasi, kurang kreatifnya guru, kurangnya keberanian peserta didik, kurangnya dukungan orangtua.
