Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of the Management Control System Package’s elements on Entrepreneurial Competency; and Entrepreneurial Competency on SMEs Business Performance directly, as well as through the moderating role of Business Strategy. This research uses quantitative research and the type of associative research. Sampling methods in this research using purposive sampling technique, 97 copies questionnaires distributed and there were 83 copies questionnaires are returned. This research used Partial Least Square as data analysis technique. The result showed that the elements of Cultural Control; Planning Control; Cybernetic Control; Rewards and Compensation Control has influence on Entrepreneurial Competency’s improvement, meanwhile Administration Control has no influence on Entrepreneurial Competency’s. Then, Entrepreneurial Competency has influence on Business Performance. However, Business Strategies has no influence to moderate the relationship between Entrepreneurial Competency on Business Performance of SMEs in Serang city.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara hubungan elemen Management Control System Package terhadap Kompetensi Wirausahawan; serta mengetahui hubungan antara Kompetensi Wirausahawan terhadap Kinerja Bisnis UKM secara langsung, maupun melalui peran moderasi Strategi Bisnis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah para wirausahawan maupun pegawai yang bekerja pada UKM, dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah kuesioner yang disebar dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 97 eksemplar dan kuesioner yang kembali sebanyak 83 eksemplar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elemen Cultural Control; Planning Control; Cybernetic Control; Rewards and Compensation Control mempengaruhi Kompetensi Wirausahawan, pada Administrative Control tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kompetensi Wirausahawan. Kemudian, Kompetensi Wirausahawan mempengaruhi Kinerja Bisnis. Namun, Strategi Bisnis tidak tidak mempengaruhi hubungan antara Kompetensi Wirausahawan terhadap Kinerja Bisnis UKM Kota Serang. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan variabel lain seperti faktor internal, orientasi pasar dan akses permodalan.
