Abstract

Muhamad Rozaq/5551141815/Department of management/Faculty of Economics and business, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa/University/influence of Participatory leadership style, Internal Communication And intrinsic motivation on performance of employees of Hotel Horison Ultima Ratu Serang / under the guidance of Eloh Bahiroh, SE., MM and Sri Ndaru Arthawati ir., MM. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Participatory leadership style, Internal communication and intrinsic motivation on performance of employees of Hotel Horison Ultima Ratu Serang. The population in this research is as many as 80 people and the sample used is as many as 44 people. The data collection methods used in this research is the observation, interview and the dissemination of the questionnaire. Methods of data analysis used is multiple Regression and t Tests. Research results based on the t-test, to Participatory leadership style on performance of employees obtained tvalue > ttable (2.113 > 1.683) so obtained significant and positive influence of Participatory leadership style on performance of employees, Internal communication on performance of employees acquired tvalue > ttable (2.720 > 1683) so that there is a positive and significant influence of Internal communication on performance of employees, intrinsic motivation on performance of employees (Y) obtained tvalue > ttable (2.889 > 1.683) so that there is a positive and significant influence of intrinsic motivation on performance of employees.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Partisipatif, Komunikasi Internal dan Motivasi Intrinsik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Hotel Horison Ultima Ratu Serang. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 80 orang dan sampel yang digunakan ialah sebanyak 44 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi berganda dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji t, untuk Gaya Kepemimpinan Partisipatif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan didapat thitung > ttabel (2,113 > 1,683) sehingga didapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Gaya Kepemimpinan Partisipatif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Komunikasi Internal terhadap Kinerja Karyawan didapat thitung > ttabel (2,720 > 1683) sehingga terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Komunikasi Internal terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Intrinsik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) didapat thitung > ttabel (2,889 > 1,683) sehingga terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Motivasi Intrinsik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
