Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya cutural citizenship di kecamatan sobang yang masih memilki eksistensi tinggi di masyarakat, dalam hal ini ia berperan sebagai seorang paraji atau dukun beranak. Keberadaan cultural citizenship membuat banyak masyarakat sobang tidak bersalin dengan bidan, sehingga dibuatlah kesepakatan bersama tentang sistem penanganan persalinan kolaboratif anatara paraji dan bidan di kecamatan sobang. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori cultural citizenship Held & Hall yang didukung oleh konsep aktor dalam perubahan sosial budaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan modal budaya yang dimilikinya paraji selaku cultural citizenship memilki pengaruh yang lebih besar di masyarakat daripada pemerintah dan bidan desa, hal ini karena ia mendapatkan legitimasi keaktorannya langsung dari masyarakat secara tradisional. Pengaruh besar yang dimiliki paraji membuatnya mampu mempengaruhi masyarakat sobang untuk tidak bersalin dengan bidan dan hanya bersalin dengannya. Argumentasi yang menjadi daya tawar paraji terhadap masyarakat diantaranya adalah pengetahuan paraji tentang budaya persalinan tradisional, senioritas paraji serta keramahannya. Alhasil kondisi ini membuat sistem penangan persalinan kolaboratif di kecamatan sobang tidak maksimal.

| Additional Information: | This research is motivated by the existence of village citizenship in the Sobang sub-district which still has a high existence in the community, in this case he acts as a paraji. The existence of a culture of citizenship prevents many Sobang people from giving birth to midwives, so that a collective agreement is made on a collaborative delivery management system between paraji and midwives in the Sobang sub-district. The theory used in this research is the theory of the cultural citizenship Held & Hall which is supported by the concept of actors in sociocultural change. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection in this study was carried out by interview, observation and document study. The results of this study indicate that with its cultural capital, paraji as cultural citizenship has a greater influence in the government and village midwife community, this is because it gets its acting legitimacy directly from the traditional community. The great influence possessed by paraji which is able to influence the Sobang community not to give birth with a midwife and only with her. The arguments that become the bargaining power of paraji against the community include the knowledge of paraji about the traditional culture of childbirth, the seniority of the paraji and its hospitality. This condition makes the collaborative delivery system in the Sobang sub-district not optimal. | |||||||||
