Abstract
Pada akhir tahun 2019 untuk menyelaraskan implementasi E-Government, Direktorat Jendral Imigrasi membuat peraturan dimana semua pemohon paspor diharuskan membuat antrian permohonan pembuatan paspor secara daring melalui website (https://antrian.imigrasi.go.id) atau pun melalui aplikasi Antrian Paspor Online. Dengan adanya peraturan tersebut maka Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Serang melakukan beberapa kegiatan penyebaran infromasi melalui berbagaimacam media agar informasi tersebut dapat tersebar dengan baik di masyarakat luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apresiasi masyarakat mengenai informasi layanan antrian paspor online di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Serang dinilai dari dimensi pemahaman, sikap, tanggapan dan juga manfaat. Peneliti menggunakan teori penilaian sosial yang dikemukakan oleh Hovlan & Sherif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan juga wawancara kepada petugas untuk mendapatkan informasi sebagai pelengkap, dan juga studi pustaka melalui internet, buku, jurnal, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil analisis data didapatkan bahwa tingkat penilaian masyarakat yang dinilai dari dimensi pemahaman, sikap, tanggapan dan manfaat dinilai sangat baik.

Additional Information: | In the end of 2019 to harmonize the implementation of E-Government, the Directorate General of Immigration made a regulation where all passport applicants are required to queue for passport applications online via the website (https://antrian.imigration.go.id) or through the Layanan Paspor Online application. By this regulations, the Class 1 of Serang Imigration conducts several information dissemination activities through various media so that the information could be spread well in the wider community.This study aims to determine public’s appreciation of online passport queuing service information at The Class I of Serang Immigration Office from the dimension of understanding, attitude, response and also benefits. Researchers used Social Judgement Theory by Hovlan &Sheriff. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection methods using questionnaires and also interviews to officers to obtain the information and through library, internet, books, journals, and documentation.
