Abstract
Fokus penelitian ini adalah Efektivitas Program Kawasan Rumah Pangan Lestari di Kecamatan Purwakarta Kota Cilegon. Permasalahan yang ditemui Rendahnya partisipasi Kelompok Wanita Tani dalam pelaksanaan program Kawasan Rumah Pangan Lestari, Kurangnya tenaga pendamping pada saat pelaksanaan program KRPL, Tidak adanya jadwal yang tepat untuk pelaksanaan program KRPL, Kelompok Wanita Tani belum mampu mengembangkan bibit tanaman untuk berkelanjutan pemanfaatan pekarangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat Efektivitas Program KRPL. Teori yang digunakan menurut Duncan dalam Steers (1985:53), terdapat 3 (tiga) indikator yang mempengaruhi efektivitas, yaitu: Pencapaian tujuan, Integrasi, dan Adaptasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diambil sebanyak 124 orang dengan pendekatan simple random sampling. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji t-test. Hasil penelitian diperoleh thitung > ttabel = (11,10 > 1,657) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima dan dalam persentasenya mencapai 56.3% dari hipotesis paling tinggi 70%. Kesimpulan Efektivitas Program Kawasan Rumah Pangan Lestari di Kecamatan Purwakarta Kota Cilegon dengan persentase perindikator pencapaian tujuan 59%, integrasi 54%, dan adaptasi 58%.

Problems encountered The low participation of the Women Farmers Group in the implementation of the Sustainable Food House Area program, Lack of assistants during the implementation of the KRPL program, There is no exact schedule for implementing the KRPL program, the Women Farmers Group has not been able to develop plant seeds for sustainable use of the yard. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the level of effectiveness of the KRPL program. The theory used according to Duncan in Steers (1985: 53), there are 3 (three) indicators that affect effectiveness, namely: Achievement of objectives, Integration, and Adaptation. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample was taken as many as 124 people with a simple random sampling approach. The technique of processing and analyzing the data of this research is using validity test, reliability test, and ttest. The results showed that tcount> ttable = (11.10> 1.657) then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted and the percentage reached 56.3% of the highest hypothesis 70%. Conclusion The effectiveness of the Sustainable Food House Area Program in Purwakarta Subdistrict, Cilegon City, with the percentage of indicators achieving goals of 59%, integration of 54%, and adaptation of 58%. | |||||||||
