Abstract

Pengaruh Disiplin kerja, Kepuasan kerja dan Pengawasan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Harapan Teknik Shipyard adalah judul skripsi dari Lista Siti Soraya (5551170055), mahasiswi Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Jurusan Manajemen (Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia) dibawah bimbingan Dr. Ranthy Pancasasti S.kom.,M.M. Selaku Pembimbing I. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Harapan Teknik Shipyard. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 61 responden yang dihitung dengan rumus slovin dan metode analisis data dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS 25.0. Pengujian instrument menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS 25.0 diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien R adalah 0.941 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja (X1), kepuasan kerja (X2) dan Pengawasan (X3) memiliki hubungan yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 94.1 persen. Sedangkan nilai R Square sebesar 0.885 berarti Disiplin kerja (X1) kepuasan kerja (X2) dan Pengawasan (X3) sebesar 88.5 persen sedangkan sisanya 11.5 persen dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil hipotesis dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja diperoleh t hitung < t tabel sebesar 0.540 < 1.672, variabel kepuasan kerja diperoleh t hitung > t tabel sebesar 3.621 > 1.672, variabel pengawasan diperoleh t hitung > t tabel sebesar 3.254 > 1.672. Maka disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction and supervision on employee performance at PT. Harapan Teknik Shipyard. Sample that used by 61 respondents that calculated use formula Slovin and method of data analysis by use software aid IBM SPSS 25.0. Test instrument using validity and reliability tests and analysis methods of data using multiple linear regression analysis with t test. Based on the results of the analysis using the IBM SPSS 25.0 software, note that the value of the coefficient R is 0.941, this suggest work discipline (X1), job satisfaction (X2) and Supervision (X3) that affect employee performance that is equal to 94.1 percent. While the value of R Square amounted to 0.885 means that work discipline (X1), job satisfaction (X2) and Supervision (X3) by 88.5 percent while the remaining 11.5 percent is explained by other factors not discussed in this study. Results of testing hypothesis is showed that the work discipline variable obtained t count (0.540) < t table (1.672), the job satisfaction variable is obtained t count (3.621) > t table (1.672) the supervision variable is obtained t count (3.254) > t table (1.672). So work discipline not positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction positive and significant effect on employee performance, and supervision positive and significant effect on employee performance.
