Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengkaji pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan profitabilitas dan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel intervening (studi empiris pada perusahaan sub sektor otomotif dan komponen periode 2014-2019 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia). Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Di mana populasi berasal dari jumlah keseluruhan perusahaan sub sektor otomotif dan komponen dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 78 dan sampelnya yaitu sebanyak 42. Metode analisis menggunakan metode product of coefficient. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di antaranya struktur modal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, struktur modal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, struktur modal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas dapat memediasi pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan kebijakan dividen dapat memediasi pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan.

The population of data is the number all sub sector otomotif and component camponies with population number is 78 and samples is 42. The analysis method used product of coefficient method. Based on the research result among the capital structure is significant to the firm’s value, the profitability is significant to the firm’s value, the dividend policy is significant to the firm’s value, the capital structure is significant to the profitability, the capital structure is significant to the dividend policy, the profitability able to mediate the capital structure to the firm’s value and the dividend policy able to mediate capital structure to the firm’s value.
