Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pemusnahan Barang Milik Daerah (BMD) berupa kendaraan yang terbengkalai dan tidak terpakai. Ada banyak cara untuk memusnahkan Barang Milik Daerah (BMD) itu sendiri diantara pelelangan dan pemusnahan (penghancuran). Pelelangan yang dilakukan Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) di masa pandemi covid-19ini adalah melalui lelang online untuk mengefektifkan waktu dan tempat, juga untuk memudahkan penyelenggara lelang dan juga peserta lelang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD). Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wetode wawancara tak berstruktur dan metode dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada kaitan kondisi barang yang dilelang dengan harga dasar/limit harga yang akan ditentukan oleh Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Serang berdasarkan hasil penelitian tim peneliti yang telah ditunjuk. Kondisi barang tersebut dilelang berdasarkan beberapa kategori yang telah disesuaikan oleh tim peneliti.

| Additional Information: | This study aims to determine how the procedure for thedestruction of Regional Property (BMD) in the Form of abandones and unused vehicles. There are many ways to destroy Regional Property (BMD) it self between auction and destruction. The auction conducted by the Regional Financial and Aset Management Agency (BPKAD) Serang Regency duringthe covid-19 pandemic is through online auctions to streamline time and place, as well as to facilitate auction organizers and auction participants. The research method use disdescriptive qualitative. The object of this research is the Regional Financial and Aset Management Agency (BPKAD) Serang Regency. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used is the unstructured interview method and the documentation method. The results of this study indicate that there is a connection betwen the oindition of the auctioned goods and the basic price/price limit that will be determined by the Regional Secretary of Serang Regency based on the research results of the appointed research team. The condition of the item is auctioned based on several categories that have been adjusted by the research team. | |||||||||
