Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of the fiscal autonomy degree of regional financial dependence, and population on capital expenditure of 34 provinces in Indonesia. The determination of samples based on the panel data, consisting of time series data for period 2014-2017 and cross section data of 34 Provinces in Indonesia. The data wa obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Directorate General of Financial Balance. This study used panel data analysis method with an estimated fixed effect model (FEM). Based on the results of the tests simultaneously (Test-F) showed that the degree of fiscal autonomy, regional financial dependence, and the number population simultaneously had a significant effect to capital expenditure. While based on theresults of the partial test results (t-test) showed that the degree of fiscal autonomy, regional financial dependence, and the population had a positive and significant effect on capital expenditure.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh derajat otonomi fiskal, ketergantungan keuangan daerah, dan jumlah penduduk terhadap belanja modal di 34 Provinsi d Indonesia. Penentuan sampel berdasarkan data panel yang terdiri dari data time series periode 2014-2017 dan data cross section 34 Provinsi di Indonesia. Adapun data diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Direktorat Jendral Perimbangan Keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisisi data panel dengan model etimasi fixed effect model (FEM). Berdasarkan hasil uji secara simultan (Uji-F) menunjukan bahwa derajat otonomi fiskal, ketergantungan keuangan daerah, dan jumlah penduduk secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap belanja modal. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (Uji-t) menunjukan bahwa derajat otonomi fiskal, ketergantungan keuangan daerah, dan jumlah penduduk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap belanja modal. | |||||||||
